1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Frasa mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The service

Frasa is an AI-powered language learning and assistance app that generates language suggestions and practice content based on your input.

3. AI features

If you choose to use AI features (for example by sending a message in "Ask Frasa AI"), your input is processed to generate responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for learning and informational purposes. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Do not rely on the App for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

4. Accounts, local profiles, and data

The App may allow you to create local profiles and store learning content. You can request deletion of your account and associated data via the App or by contacting support.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal activities or to violate third-party rights.
• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App.

6. Subscriptions and purchases (if offered)

If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

7. Intellectual property

The App and its content (excluding your content) are owned by Frasa or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services (for example, AI processing and speech-to-text). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. Frasa is not responsible for third-party services outside of our control.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frasa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the security of the service. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Apple terms

These Terms are between you and Frasa, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the extent permitted by law, Apple will have no warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict of laws rules, except where mandatory local law applies.
