How to get internet installed in Portugal
Go to an operator’s shop, or call, and say “Bom dia, quero instalar internet”. They’ll ask for your postcode to check fibre coverage, plus ID and your NIF (tax number). Ask “Há um período mínimo de fidelização?” before you sign, then agree a day for the technician.
Try it · about two minutes
You sign up for fibre broadband and arrange a day for the technician to install it.
You choose what to say back, and Frasa tells you why it works.
