How to ask for a haircut in Italian
Book first: “Posso prendere un appuntamento?”. In the chair, say what you want: “Solo una spuntatina, per favore” for a trim, or “Può accorciare un po’ ai lati?” for the sides. Add “Non troppo corti, per favore” to be safe. I capelli is plural, so it’s corti, not corto.
Try it · about two minutes
You book a haircut and explain to the hairdresser exactly how much to take off.
Sound on: the hairdresser speaks Italian. You choose what to say back, and Frasa tells you why it works.
